Looks like you’re off to a great start! Good and great leaders know their skills and limitations. They also know how to take care of themselves no matter the situation. You can’t “be there” if you’re “not there”.

4 to 7:

You have a few good self-confidence and self-care tools handy, but there’s probably more you can work on, whether it’s creating a healthy regimen or brushing up on your public speaking confidence or something else that will give you’re leadership a boost.

0 to 3:

Sounds like you’ve been thrown into the wolves and you’re not feeling very positive about your skills.

That’s how I started, to be honest. But there’s good news! There’s a good chance that after further examination, you have more “yes”‘s than you thought.
